With a tradition going back over 1000 years, there are four hotpots to choose. You add the ingredients of your choice, crab, king prawns, meat, noodles, vegetables to the base stock of beautifully infused herbs and spices. Enjoy the handcrafted dim sum and sushi and experience the Tappenyaki extravaganza. Select your fresh meat, fish, vegetables and noodles and the chef will combine them with spices and delicious flavours exclusively for you. Try the Yakitori barbeque, again choose your marinated meat or seafood and you have your very own chef combining a rich array of authentic flavours to create mouth-watering dishes.
